
Frosé
Berrycream Rosé blended to perfection. Who said slushies are only for kids? Cool off with this fresh, frozen adult beverage.

- 1 bottle of Berrycream Rosé
- 1 ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, plus a few for garnish
- 1-2 tablespoon (to taste) honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, or simple syrup
- 1 cup ice
- Fresh lime juice

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Pour 2 cups Berrycream Rosé, ice, honey, lime juice, and strawberries into a blender. Blend ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer frosé into chilled glasses and add fresh strawberry garnish. Enjoy!

Substitute fruit of your choice for the strawberries. Peaches and watermelon are also delicious!
FRESH FRUIT PARFAIT
with Lemon Whipped Cream
The perfect accompaniment to our Berrycream Rosé. A fruit-filled creamy treat for those long summer nights spent relaxing on the porch.

- 1 lb diced fresh berries
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except berries in a large bowl.
Step 2
Use handheld or stand mixer with whisk attachment to beat until soft peaks form.
Step 3
The whipped cream should stick up slightly, or form peaks, when you pull your spoon out.
Step 4
Layer berries and whipped cream in a small bowl, mason jar, wine or cocktail glass. Serve.
Note: Whipped cream can be made up to a few hours ahead and stored in the fridge. A quick re-whip is recommended before serving.
